Find your suitable support worker

Connect2Supports

Connect2Supports (C2S) provides suitable and trusted support workers, particularly for those of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. Our support workers are hand-picked and trained to prioritise the needs of the people they serve and deliver high quality care.

How does it work?

Join C2S for free and begin the search for your new support person. Make your own choice around the support you require.

Step 1. Search for your support person

Browse the profile of our team of support workers who have been checked and verified for you. Our protection and insurances have you covered. Narrow your search to your interests, availability, cultural background and/ or languages spoken.

Some of our support workers are not listed due to their personal choices so you can also let us know of your requirements and we will inform you if we have support workers available that meet your needs.

Step 2. Sign a service agreement

Once you have chosen your support worker, a service agreement is signed. You may change or cancel your supports in accordance with service agreements. Our team are ready to help make your experience the best it can be. We are always available to help.

Step 3. Book a meet and greet

We understand that chemistry with your support worker is important. Choose to have a meet and greet at one of our head office or virtually through Zoom. You can then mutually agree upon your goals, expectations and availabilities.
